American Gem Society 
AGS is dedicated to setting and maintaining the highest possible standards of business ethics and professionalism in the jewelry industry through certification and consumer protection.


American Gem Trade Association 
AGTA provides educational programs, publicity, industry events, government and industry relations, and printed materials for both the trade and consumer.


American Watch Association 
AWA promotes and supports the reduction of taxes and tariffs on watches, the elimination of burdensome regulation on watch companies and their suppliers, and the protection of intellectual property rights of its member companies.


American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute 
The American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute represents 1500 professional watchmakers and clockmakers. Are mission is setting service standards and educating the horological community.


Diamond Council of America 
DCA was founded in 1944 to educate jewelry sales professionals about diamonds and gems. This not-for-profit organization provides professional jewelers opportunities to earn certification in diamonds and gemstones. Today, DCA represents more than 4,500 jewelry stores and is a Jewelers of America affiliate.


Fashion Jewelry & Accessories Trade Association 
FJATA is a non-profit, member supported, trade association representing the jewelry and accessories industries in legislative and regulatory matters and government affairs. We help guide our members through all compliance regulations and help them reduce costs from CSR audits to testing.


Gemological Institute of America 
Established in 1931, GIA protects the public through gemological research, education, impartial gem identification and grading services, and instrument development. The world’s foremost authority in gemology, GIA sets the standard for determining the quality of diamonds and performs research-based identification of colored gems and pearls. GIA created the 4Cs, the International Diamond Grading System™ and the 7 Pearl Value Factors™, providing all who buy or sell gemstones with a common language for describing quality. As an independent nonprofit organization, all of GIA’s activities are governed by its mission to serve the public.  


Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association  
Established in 1965, the Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association aims to unite those in the Hong Kong jewellery industry, protect the interests of its members, and promote the development of the trade. 


International Colored Gemstone Association 
The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA), a non-profit organization, is the only worldwide body specifically created to benefit the global colored gemstone industry. ICA was founded in 1984 and is now comprised of over 700 gem industry leaders from mine to market, including miners, gem cutters, suppliers, retailers, trade associations, gemological laboratories, academia, museums, and more, from 47 countries who are devoted to advancing and promoting the knowledge and appreciation of colored gemstones.


Jewelers Security Alliance 
JSA provides crime prevention information and services to the jewelry industry and also works closely with the FBI and law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S.


Jewelers Vigilance Committee 
To the trade, JVC offers compliance expertise (i.e. USA PATRIOT Act Anti-Money Laundering), precious metals testing, alternative dispute resolution services and legal handbooks for various industry segments. For consumers, JVC answers questions or inquiries about the industry or jewelry in general. For both, JVC mediates legal complaints, saving all parties costly legal fees and negative publicity associated with public court cases.


Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America 
MJSA provides the expertise and support needed by jewelry makers, designers, and related suppliers to achieve professional excellence.


Platinum Guild International USA 
Platinum Guild International is dedicated to promoting platinum and its pure, rare and eternal qualities to the consumer and the jewelry trade.  PGI has offices in each of the world's major jewelry markets, providing information, assistance and education on all aspects of platinum jewelry. 


Women’s Jewelry Association  
Founded in 1983, the Women’s Jewelry Association provides networking, education, leadership development, and funding opportunities for women in the jewelry and watch industries. Today, over 1,600 women and men participate in WJA chapters nationwide.


World Gold Council 
The World Gold Council is the market development organisation for the gold industry. Our purpose is to stimulate and sustain demand for gold, provide industry leadership, and be the global authority on the gold market. We develop gold-backed solutions, services and products, based on authoritative market insight and we work with a range of partners to put our ideas into action. As a result, we create structural shifts in demand for gold across key market sectors. We provide insights into the international gold markets, helping people to understand the wealth preservation qualities of gold and its role in meeting the social and environmental needs of society.
