The JBT’s mission is to promote the welfare of our membership and the jewelry industry overall by obtaining and delivering accurate and reliable credit information, effective collection services and education in these important areas.

JBT obtains much of its payment experience on listed accounts from members who participate in our “Interchange Program ”. The JBT Interchange Program allows for the timely, automated transmission and processing of trade information each month.

What Membership Delivers

For more than 125 years, JBT has been supporting members with commercial credit reporting, and collections and marketing services. Today, we are the only credit-reporting service dedicated specifically to the jewelry industry. JBT is a member-sponsored and member-supported organization.
