Pay Your JBT Collections Claim

Note: This form is only for payment of claims filed by our Collections Department on behalf of a Creditor Member. For JBT Invoices for Dues and Products, select the Make An Invoice Payment menu option.

First, we need your contact information (left hand side) and information about your claim (right hand side). When finished, click "CONTINUE" button to proceed to Payment page.  To start over, click "ERASE FORM".

Your 5-digit claim number can be found on the initial dunning letter or on any claim correspondence from JBT
The name of the company you owe money to.
This is the amount you would like to pay today.

By checking these items, you are authorizing us to make regular withdrawals from your account on the applicable schedule.  All payment plans submitted by debtors are subject to approval by the creditor and JBT. Not all payment plan proposals will be accepted.
